Lady-Gaga-Best-Looks-2018.jpg

Lady Gaga SHOULD post certain candids of amazing styles she has done on her Instagram. For whatever reason, be it privacy or just not thinking of it, she does not post any candids of herself looking damn fine.  Instagram is a way to reach more people with the outfits and affect them in a positive way. She dresses as a way to express herself and Instagram is a way to translate ideas and fashion to the minds of a younger generation for which she holds as fans.

Here's a link that sparked my motivation to find that password, girls. Titled "Lady Gaga Just Might Be 1 of the Most Underrated Style Icons of Our Time." The gallery is great proof and has many examples of what I'm saying. You do a great job at your Instagram photos now baby but you can make it even thicker.

But doing so would mean paying the paparazzi for the rights of the photos, which would eventually turn into thousands of dollars spent on something not necessarily important. She can still take her own photos though

It would be nice if she approached social media with the same innovative spirit that she used to bring to everything else she did.

Tbh I have a love hate relationship with Gaga's team. They seem to be really nice with Gaga but they never seem to do the righ thing 💀 I mean, Bobby booked a lot of events last year, but it's like they live in the past, they don't realize we are living on the streamin and social media era and their approach on both platforms is poor.

No it wouldn’t. She would only have to pay the pap who took the photo if she were using it to sell something like a tabloid magazine. As long as you’re not making a profit off the photo you don’t have to pay for it. In fact, it would actually be doing the pap a favor by posting a photo they took because it would get their photos noticed.

At a first glance, I thought this was from The Fame era!

Social media has its limits...  I'm glad she's keeping things in the real world. Sometimes, a nice media coverage is better than an overflow of desperate Instagram posts.

You can’t just steal a photo just because you’re not making a profit off of it. There’s still fair use, and I guarantee someone would sue if she didn’t pay

Streaming and social media are the death of the music industry...... I totally respect Gaga and her team for standing their ground and keeping things real. In the long run, people won't remember you for the things you posted on Instagram.

I think some people are taking this in a wrong angle.

It would be nice if she shared photos of these looks but not from paps. She has shared some casual photos of her hanging out etc. Those are the kinds of photos we want

The thing is this instagram business is just crap cause a lowkey looking photo actually demands a whole team sorrounding her. Its everything but organic and fun.

But surely theres some way to use all this in a natural truer to herself way. Cause her interaction on social media is not good. Shes not interested in it.

That’s if the image is under a copyright, usually free lance photographers don’t copyright every shot they take & if there is a copyright it’s probably a shot that’s been sold to a tabloid or magazine & was put under their copyright. She’s posted candids before & it’s been fine

That's not the case in the United States, you do not need to register your photo to own the copyright. Once the photographer clicks the button to take the photo they own the copyright.

It's up to the photographer to take legal action which is why most free lance paparazzi probably don't deal with it.

Here's an article that explains it more in depth.

Either way, I doubt someone would try to sue her & I doubt every pap is looking at every celebs profile to see if their picture is being used. If that was the case then the person who started this thread & used that candid of her would be in legal trouble right now lmao

I once tried to make my own page of Gaga's candids and looks, it was so hard. I like to see how her style evolves and changes throughout an era, and I tried to do it from the beginning of the Joanne era. There was just so many candids and different looks that she had.. I couldn't keep up and gave up.
