Coop 15,354
Netflix has announced the premiere date for their spooky Sabrina the Teenage Witch reimagining, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, at the streaming network's Television Critics Association summer press tour presentation. The supernatural series will debut just in time for a Halloween binge on Oct. 26, launching globally with a 10-episode first season. Starring Mad Men alum Kiernan Shipka in the titular role, Sabrina "imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Tonally in the vein of Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist, this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature — half-witch, half-mortal — while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit." elijahfan 26,303
Seeing them throwing Rosemary's Baby and The Exorcist titles so easily, I'm now very confused regarding the tone of this show

River 117,207
It's the first reboot that I'm gonna give a try to Because it's based on a different comics storyline of Sabrina.. so in some sense it's a different version of her and a different canon Just like in any DC or Marvel comics.. so I'm ok with it in some sense.. So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy
Punktious 1,348
I'm gonna watch but does anyone know where to watch the original show?
RahrahWitch 6,985
I heard about this for a while now, I have high hopes for it but I'm a little worried though since it's a Riverdale Spin-off. I really do hope they go with the Darker side like they say they're going to.

However that changed after they passed it and Netflix took over. The president of CW network said that, "at the moment, there is no discussion about crossing over." Also, Jon Goldwater, executive producer of both Riverdale and Sabrina said that the shows are two separate entities.

ItsTommyBitch 12,640
So is this no longer going to be connected to Riverdale? Like the CW isn't making it? (Since Sabrina is an Archie comic character) 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから
