I doubt it, Gaga’s a well established act with years of experience and a massive sprawling fanbase over multiple generations now. Much like Beyoncé she could drop an album and dip and it still be successful.

Sabrina is doing this because she’s part of the new content instant gratification generation, sure she’s been around for years but her fanbase and popularity only started picking up in the last few years. So she has to do things like music videos, singles, performances and content.

Gaga doesn’t need to do anything but put out an album and tour anymore to make money. So I doubt we’ll ever get a post album release single again now I think it’ll be a single or 2 before an album, then the album release week being full of promo, then nothing until a tour starts and then repeat. Id say we’re lucky Wednesday and TDWP2 have happened else we would’ve just had the tour and nothing else this whole time.

Ya I’m sure you’re right. She’s def doesn’t need to do the same amount of promo/singles as younger artists still making their mark. It’s a bit of a shame that there are so many songs are Mayhem that deserved single treatment that didn’t get it.

Oh yeah there’s loads of tracks that deserved the single treatment but I think Gaga’s strategy has now become 2 singles before an album drop, mass promo the first 7-14 days then announce a tour and then start said tour and that’s it. It just works for her schedule really, let’s be thankful she didn’t Renaissance/Cowboy Carter us and legit drop a single and then the album with not a single music video lmao
