According to this source the worker brutally bashed customer over allegedly illegal try to refill her soda. The customer wanted a refill but the employee shut her request down. Then the customer threw French fries and a milkshake at the employee and proceeded to hit her with a tray. Then the employee started beating her. After trying to separate them, another worker started beating the customer as well. Video was captured by a person watching the brawl. Wow. This escalated quickly. It's the second time I read about worker beating a customer lately. And what about people just taping the incident and not trying to intervene?! What's going on people? PS. The seats and tables and floors are super non hygienic half the time. I only ever do that when I had to ate at McDonald's abroad, during my travels.
