calmar 22,037 Posted July 16, 2018 Share Posted July 16, 2018 It means they are more likely to be safe instead of in the bottom or top 3, since if the value is positive it is moved down closer to 0, and if negative, it is moved up to be closer to 0. Then again, it depends on where 0 falls in regards to the point distribution. Hide contents ~The Top 3 songs from Round 1 will have their Finalized Round 2 total scores multiplied by ½ when determining their ranking in Round 2. Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but just to clarify, when voting for Round 2, do we disregard the results of Round 1 entirely (I.e, what songs were deemed “safe,” or “bottom 3,” etc), with the obvious exception of removing the eliminated song (JnD) from the tracklist of songs available to rate? Doubly sorry if my question makes no sense. To clarify, do we continue using the exact same format and tracklist to vote as we did for round 1, with the exception of JnD having been removed entirely from the running? Treat Round 2 just as if it were Round 1 in terms of picking your Top 3/Bottom 3. The only difference this round is that J&D is no longer in the running (since it was eliminated). While some Suitcase Ceremonies in the future may affect this voting format, the one affecting Round 2 does not. Hope this helps! 🙂 Also, what did you think of the results from Round 1? Any surprises?
