Different singles

Hi, I know it's not connected only with Gaga but the whole music industry but after some reading I was thinking about the point of releasing different singles in different countries.

f.ex. Eh Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say), Dance in the Dark, G.U.Y. and Joanne.

How does it work? How do they choose it?

Does the team of Gaga decide which song has to be released in some countries?

Or is it based on the music style popular in different parts of world?

Well, they can't release something like DiC in Vatican City :trollga: . Instead they'd take CTM and sell it as being a religious song :vegas:

Spoiler

"Come To Maria Magdalene" :ohwell:

Spoiler

Jk, jk, jk :stalkga:  :stalkga:  :stalkga:

Gaga writes the name of an album track on the back of each of her dancers, and then she pushes them all into the ocean. Whichever dancers survive have the tracks written on them turned into singles.

I always assumed some tracks were released as singles in certain countries due to that song doing quite well there as a non-single.

Joanne was released in Italy due to her connection to that country/ the song being the title track to an album about heritage.

The others maybe to gave them single status but without dealing with much promotion - or they considered releasing them in smaller markets because they weren't sure about their potential. (?)

I think Gaga was purposefully keeping the DiC dancer under water. That Ra Ra bitch :triggered:

Now we know how DWUW made it as a single instead of Venus. :ladyhaha:
