These guys did some big shows and movies!

Among these guys they have directed / wrote films like Han Solo, Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, La La Land, Justice League, The Cabin in the Woods, Barely Lethal & Toy Story.

In terms of TV shows they have directed Buffy Vampire Slayer, Angel, Dollhouse and Angets of SHIELD etc...

AKA this all means Gaga has the eyes of important ppl in the film industry...actually the most important ppl which are directors and writers. I knew ASIB would open her so many doors. :diane: So happy!

(P.S: Hate to quote myself but I just can't believe these guys who made blockbuster films like those and acclaimed tv shows are stanning Gaga

Well filmmakers are the ones who nominate actors at award shows, so this is definitely a good sign.

This! Completely agree. Plus   Sean Penn, Barbra Streisand, Robert Deniro and Steven Spielberg are already in the bag and i'm pretty sure they can nominate/vote at the Oscars.

Now I'm worried that the movie might be less than most people expected from the trailer

I hope I'm wrong

She needs to get at least 1 Oscar

Think of it this way. Even if she doesn't get an Oscar for ASIB at least it will open her up for more roles because now directors and writers can see her potential and invision her as an actress and not just a singer who casually acts. She's sort of officially transitioning into Cher territory where she might be seen as not only an acclaimed singer but also a serious actress. Honestly she can't really lose anything with ASIB. She will only gain from it...even if just experience.

Whispering

But...but, the "experts" (usual negative people) at GGD told me she didn't have good facial expressions in the trailer.

Surely they know more than these major film directors!!
