It's been some time since I came here, but this was very interesting to me. YouGov is a professional polling institute by the way (though I don't know about their methodology for this in particular). You can click 'All time' for the approval ratings and compare how far she's come in public opinion since 2014:

This is just amazing 
She went from being trashed and laughed at during ARTPOP era to being one of the most respected and liked pop stars in the industry during Joanne/the superbowl. Her team might not be the best at getting #1 hits but they have done an amazing job rebranding her image these past years.
