but that still doesn't mean she scrapped it just cus one person from years ago said she's a perfectionist, maybe chic thought it didn't fit the album anymore since this album has been in the making a long time and they couldn't get together to update it?

i'm just saying it could just as easily be chic who changed their minds instead of jumping on the "welp! gaga scrapped again!" train
