I think it was rumored to be written for the movie but it didn't make the soundtrack so she just released it as a stand alone single. I am 99% sure it won't be on the album.

Because they both posted the same video. Anyways, the trailer on Facebook is at 3m+ and there is other uploads of it making it easily to 5m on Facebook alone. The twitter video just hit 2m, her insta post has 1.5m and The yt is starting to pick up and trending.

I would say we can easily get 20m+ views across all platforms first 24h

Facebook: 5m views (99 trailers uploaded to Facebook so far, some trailers don't even have 1k views)

Twitter: 2m+ views(The official trailer)

Instagram: 1.3m+(Gaga's Instagram account) 

Youtube:956k+ views(15 trailers)

the views from FB are impressive, most of the views come from Gaga's account
