Will Gaga release ASIB Soundtrack during this Grammy's eligibility period?

We know the Grammy voters love Gaga. They nominated her thrice for AoTY (highest number of female nominations along with Beyoncé and Taylor Swift).

And all of her albums received Grammy Nominations except ARTPOP :neyde:

This season is shaping up to be very weak, with people even predicting Kelly Clarkson and others for AoTY nominations. If Gaga releases an album during this season, her chances of getting an AoTY nomination are much higher than Joanne's. (Last year she had to compete with three album bangers: Divide, 24K Magic, and DAMN).

We know ASIB is coming in early October. Elibiligity deadline is September 30th. Will Gaga release the Soundtrack before September 30th for it to be eligible for Grammy Nominations?

I would be surprised if they did, I also would be even more surprised for a soundtrack to get a AOTY nomination these days. Even Gaga's forthcoming masterpiece.

My guess is that they'll release it somewhere in September for people to be familiar with the songs before going to watch the movie

This also looks like the most realistic period, tbh.

How so?

Gaga received exactly the same number of AoTY nomination as Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and one more than Adele.

She also won several Grammys unlike some of her Pop competitors like Katy Perry, Ariana Grande etc..

And not to mention, that, last year if it wasn't for the fact that the Blue Ribbon Committee wanted to convey a message of Diversity, Million Reasons would've been nominated for Song Of The Year. 5 out of 6experts on Goldderby had Million Reasons in their predictions for SoTY.

There are other categories it would be in, Soundtracks rarely get in AOTY (huge smashes like La La Land or Frozen didn't make it). but Yes, they should release in September, it will be more relevant around January 2019 than in 2020.

from ARTPOP on she has been putting out great music and the grammy's have not been giving her nearly enough attention and nominations she deserves. And wasn't everyone on this cult site ready to cancel the Grammys because gaga didn't win for Million Reasons and Joanne

I mean Ed Sheeran the mega seller of 2017 did not received General Field nominations.

So I'm not surprised about Joanne and Million Reasons. 2017 was an exception.

I don't think ARTPOP deserved an AoTY nomination lol. Even Joanne performed both critically and commercially better.

Barbra Streisand won Song of the year for Evergreen from ASIB so it Is very possible. Plus Warner Bros. will be promoting it so there is no chance of mistakes. :vegas:

Edit : it was also nominated for ROTY and also won best pop vocal performance
