it's about freedom of expression. No one can force you to stand up during a national anthem. This is an impediment not only on your freedom of expression, but also on your physical freedom as a human. This cannot be saved by any other considerations, I think, because it is just too much of an impediment.

You mean the organization which hid how risky the game actually was to players who would most assuredly suffer traumatic brain injuries isn't a beacon of moral justice? I'm shocked.

It's private enterprise, they can do anything, if the players don't wanna stand, they can resign. If it was the government I would agree.
