So she isn't at the forefront of the pop scene? True. She indeed made it clear she didn't want to talk to anyone in the media for a good amount of time. And she's stayed true to her word. She hasn't done any interviews - yet she's always in the news. For not wanting to be in the news. Like.. seriously the VMA nominations came out and the main focus on the article was that GaGa was missing? She knows what she's doing. She's got the media at her feet. The moment she starts doing press again etc. you watch her dominate. What's even worse is Madonna, who has three videos with none of them nominated. This upcoming Era is going to be big!!! i know right its fukcing ridiculous lol isn't she doing this amazingly huge successful tour that is selling out around the whole world her london show sold out here in 2 mins! i know i was online! And what's even more frustrating is that even her subpar work is better than most of her peers' greatest work, but she gets trashed so harshly whenever she slips up a bit. People want to see her fail so badly. I guess, in a way, it's a good thing that people have come to expect nothing but greatness from Gaga, but in the end she is human, and it's only natural to step in and out of the spotlight at times. SHE HASN'T RELEASED ANYTHING IN 8 MONTHS FOR CHRIST SAKE, yet she's still the most influential celebrity on earth. The only video that really had a chance, Marry the Night, was far too out there for the VMAs and because she's not even going to the ceremony, why on earth would MTV nominate her for anything?! Also she said she isn't speaking to the media/press and i think this is because she made something that will be so amazing so she going to show it and she is going to explode back on the pop scene.
