His reaction was entirely racially charged? The fact he demeaned an entire community of people as wellfare beneficiaries is entirely racist. I struggle to see how you don't see what's wrong with this. The employees were speaking to each other in spanish, a language they both know.

If you're uncomfortable around multilingual people, maybe take your responsibility for yourself and learn more than one language, like they did.
