I think she'll get nominations for some of the professional categories for 'Marry the Night' and will win in at least one of them. And I don't think she'll receive a VOTY nomination, but there still is the slight chance of getting a Best Female/Pop Video noms and hopefully a filmed acceptance speech if she wins, soooo I don't think the VMAs will be a complete non-event for Gaga this year. Too bad, this VMA would be catered to the Call Me Maybe hitmaker CRJ, One Direction, and Justin Bieber. I will be more than pleased for Coldplay to fill in the void than all these random pop stars like Jepsen or hipsters crap like Marina and Lana. The only videos it's really up against are Lana's, and she probably won't get any noms anyway because she isn't popular enough. mte, I believe MTN is a perfect nominee. just because it wasnt big to "us" doesnt me the music industry thinks otherwise.
