Rihanna, Katy, Mindy Kaling, and Shaliene Woodley all looked kind of cheap. Rihanna was especially disappointing because I thought Rih was going to bring. It. Points for trying though. Kate Moss & the Saint Laurent crew thought it was cocktail hour, and Brandon Maxwell didn't even try this year while dressing his dates. And why is someone so full of personality as Miley Cyrus dressed in a little black dress at an event like this? Why even bother? My personal best dressed this year: 1. Cardi B 2. Jared Leto 3.
