Edit: Out of these options, however, clearly Nicki, Cardi, and Azealia (potentially past Remy) are the most talented, just depends on taste and personality.

I love M.I.A very much but I consider her more of a singer and visionary artist than a rapper. She doesn't have a very strong flow love her to death though
