The choral vocals by Gaga are really edited and aren't that great, I can see why she would have not wanted to put that out in the world. Well you have to bear in mind, Gagas voice in 2011/2012 was completely different than it is now. She has expanded her range so much that I believe that now she could definitely belt this out.
