It was not clear whether the incident was an atttack. Update : Three people have been killed and 26 injured after a vehicle ploughed into pedestrians in the German city of Münster, before the driver killed himself, local police said. I was sitting outside, the weather was amazing, something that does not happen here. All of a sudden, a dozen police cars come, ambulances, and firetrucks rush to the scene. Im so shocked.
