Nearly decade old demos pre-date Bobby and are very, very unlikely to ever be used again.  I’m sure there’s minor legality issues for them when they leak but seriously, the fans have wanted these songs for years and they try to shut it down every time.  Just let these songs leak and it’s over, they’re out there.
