It's highly likely that the songs Music Mafia has were obtained by some kind of hacking many years ago, when securities and safeguards weren't what they are now. If what Music Mafia has are the only copies of the songs, then Gaga, her team and her family absolutely 100% deserve to have them first because this is a record of her history.
