I think they are majorly controlled by their team and labels with only some basic/bare bones creative license. I know the stans will come for me and reply talking about how I dont know or whatever, I think its b/s. I think the new thing is to sell new female artists as being in control of their domain when they're actually not. That way they can be popular within the current feminist landscape. But I dont think they actually have as much control as you'd want to believe. That being said, I like Ariana a lot and im looking forward to it. So not hating. Just saying.
