She literally says producers told her to “act up” to be more interesting. Yeah she went crazy but like... that’s not her. Also Trouble is a fantastic pop album so And no, she’s never said anything bad about Gaga. She’s done the same thing every artist that gets compared to Gaga does, she gets annoyed. I remember an interviewer asking her if she’s trying to be the next Gaga and she said “I’m not trying to be the next anyone” and praised Gaga. Sure, she hasn't achieved the success to possibly warrant 'diva' behavior, but I think it's more a situation of being stuck on a label that was incapable of properly promoting her. Trouble is a pop masterpiece and doesn’t have one bad song and her music with Cruel Youth is kind of an own genre within itself, her debut was kind of constructed but Trouble, 30mg+ and more afterwards are amazing and truly her.
