It's not that TEOG doesn't deserve love, it's an epic bop but songs like Marry the Night, You and I & Hair don't have enough views/sales. I feel like TEOG and Born this Way overshadowed the rest of the Born this Way singles. Opinions?

Yeah, this is exactly what I meant. I just feel that the share was uneven and TEOG and BTW got loads of attention whereas You and I, Marry the Night and Hair didn't get enough attention.

It is not overrated. Its an amazing song and deserve all its praise. Marry the Night is spectacular and very loved by the fanbase too, but it had less sales because it was the fifth single and public were kinda tired of Gaga.

And yeah Hair deserved to be a single with a killer video! My brother who is not a Gaga fan LOVES this song

I think the TEOG deserves it. TEOG should replace BR as her magnum opus imo. It has a strong message, an amazing pre-chorus and smashing beat and the lyrics are beautiful and so true to life. I'll always remember what she said about the song:

Interviewer: Why did you write such a happy, upbeat song about your Grandfather's death?

Gaga: Because his life was glorious, and life is glorious.
