Addison Rae 16,632
Iggy ALWAYS serves visuals. I love it! sitting on his lap sipping diet pepsi
Rock Jock 993
Visually it’s a great video. But Iggy looks so boring and unemotional

StrawberryBlond 14,822
Uneventful, but not bad. She looks really good in it too. I love the shots of her with that luminous halo. I think the song is so generic, though. The verses are ok at best but way too short, the bridge is below average and the chorus is the blandest thing ever. And it's weird to have a rap guest when all they provide is a sung chorus. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful that Quavo is barely used but it's still odd. I really like Iggy for the fact that she uses a lot of female guests to do the singing part on her songs and not only that, but they are usually non-American, relatively unknown or not very successful (especially to an American audience). Charli XCX, Rita Ora and Ellie Goulding are British, MØ is Danish and Anitta is Brazilian. Jennifer Hudson's American but she has limited solo success. Britney is the only massively successful American woman she's ever worked with. So, yeah, I appreciate her for putting under-rated, unknown female names out there. With that in mind, using the part of a really current male rapper for the singing segment seems like somewhat of a sell-out. And his style of singing is sell-out too. I'm interested to see how this album works out. I just hope the rest of it is better than this.
Lextyr97 19,905
I really just want her to succeed cause I feel so bad. At least a little bit of success. Savior is a bop, it deserves it

I can't blame her for taking this route to kinda dip back in. She tried with the more obscure artists as you mentioned, but since she's been trying to come back, it hasn't worked

It won't look good to have Dr Luke's name on the production credits, though.

Allan 3,878
The video makes the song sound lame tbh, I hadn't heard it and now I'm disappointed. I mean, the song is pretty good but the video deserved better.
Green Detox 2,779
Ok i just figured that this video actually has some kind of a meaning behind it. Iggy was looking for a savior but by the near-end of the clip, the one with the cloak baptizing her on the thub was actually herself, which represents herself being her own savior. Sometimes you look for someone to come save you and serve as your anchor, but you have to realize too that you have to be the hero of your own sometimes.
