Tokyo Rose 1,475
I assumed it was doing decent, shows how up to date I am with the Top 40.
socotra 3,310
This era has been very poorly rolled out. After LWYMMD, Ready For It was first a promo single and then an actual single and peaked at #4 before its music video was even released and then dropped down the charts from there. The same treatment was given to End Game, where it was released as a "single" but then not treated as such. Music video lazily released. No promotion. No direction. Robo Ga 15,297
Y'all consider everything a flop unless it has 5 #1 singles, 8 music videos, 2 years of promotion & 6 grammys 🤖⚡️
Leslie 28
I think the current pop music scene is undergoing an identity crisis... It may be similar to 2007 before Gaga entered the scene. And when she introduced all the theatrics, avant-garde outfits, and set the trend for the new era of Dance music, she molded the new identity for Pop... Not until recently where that identity became saturated with wannabes and contemporaries who copied her style and vision for flare. Now, we're waiting for another Pop music asteroid to crash into the scene and create the landscape we'd all love to live on

scallywally 626
Lets see what the tour brings, its a bit silly to compare eras till the tours over. Theres more important things going on in the world. Wait for the receipts. Theres no need for cat fights and comparing till the tour is over. I still think its stupid but compare the receipts then if you want to. Yall know they are 2 different humans and are artist making their own stuff to put out. They arent twins in a competition. Its not a game of top trumps or pokemon. Sometimes I wonder on this forum if people think its a game. It isnt!! Enjoy the music you like. 3 year olds act like some people on here. Its their artistry, whether they sell 10 tickets or 100,000 if we enjoy it they've touched us. numbers shouldn't matter. Thats why artists just end up doing it alone without a record label (Or make it and find a distributor)

austincola 805
I’ll never forget hating her in high school and then discovering what a masterpiece 1989 was.. I never would have thought I’d been a fan of anything of hers. That buzz quickly ended tho
djparky 262
Perhaps she's alienated fans of her work up to 1989 by releasing a lump of songless electro noise full of the play by numbers used by everyone else- rappers, Sheeran etc
