I wanna get started as well

I also feel weird eating pigs and then thinking it's wrong to eat dogs.

I stopped eating pigs first. I was hiking and came across some sort of pig farm. they were all screaming inside this building you could hear it from miles. Then I gradually became vegan.

Pigs are also pretty dangerous to eat they can carry parasites.

I've been considering going Vegan for a while now. My only issue is that a lot of the vegetarian supplements I use aren't vegan so I'd need to totally change my diet which isn't an issue, just a hassle  I have made the change to almond milk though already. Next step is cheese

At the moment I am using coconut milk. I just buy the coconut flakes and blend them up with water. then I just use a cafetier or strainer and it works out alot cheaper than the ones in the cartons. you can do similar with almonds and other nuts. hemp is pretty good to make but I really liked the coconut milk I made from an actual coconut the best. so tasty. I also made my own hummus It works out so much cheaper and tasty aswell. That on organic bread is basically me having junk food. I really notice if I eat non organic bread or pasta it is really bad. the herbicides kill the gut bacteria so it is actually a  false economy. your paying for food that isn't digesting properly so need to eat more . the organic tastes so much better too.

That what was got me started. Not the pigs part necessarily, but the fact that we safeguard certain animals (demoestic pets like dogs and cats, etc.) for pleasure, yet we torture others (literally every farm animal) for food was just too much for me to accept. I would literally feel nauseous and uncomfortable just LOOKING at meat, thinking about the live being that it was once a part of. That was the main driving force for me converting to a vegetarian lifestyle.

I was watching this video you might like. It turns out the people who coined the term vegetarian were actually vegan. I think you should go for it.

Thanks! I’ll give it a view right now :)

Do I even have the right to say I care about animals? I don't think I can say I care about animals when I still eat the corpses of the ones who suffered the most because they "taste good".

Or can I because I wish it didn't involve so much suffering? I don't know what to think

I love animals, I eat meat but I don't support things like battery cages or basically anything that goes against the welfare of the animal.

Do you feel him sir?

there is also people who get exploited. working in slaughter houses can cause ptsd and alcoholism. the whole city can be effected by the energy like apparently Chicago has alot of slaughterhouses and children are prticularly sensitive.

Raw vegan pizza is amazing. The one I tried had a base made of some sort of fruits and seeds and a really nice sauce and it was really tall with lots of toppings. pretty healthy for pizza but i don't think I would like normal pizza anymore even from a taste perspective. tastes change and you grow to like totally different foods. the other thing is it would probably make m fee like **** whereas the raw foods make me feel good. It was something along these lines but taller.

Girl, fully raw kristina is delusional af.

Raw vegetables :rip:

Food that's supposed to be cooked made raw in general :rip:

Are there any real benefits of eating raw anyway?

No, there are zero benefits to eating raw all the time.

People who eat 100% raw believe a lot of lies. And some of them won’t supplement with b12 which is extremely dangerous, because of the false information they have been lead to believe.

Eating fully raw is quite a huge difference. It takes quite a lot of knowledge. Sometimes it might be easier to eat some amount of cooked foods if you don't have enough raw foods or arn't able to eat enough nutrition that way. It isn't so hard though like makeing juices you can eat quite a lot of fruits and vegetables pretty fast. Smoothies aswell are easy. Eating fully cooked food all the time has zero benefits. B12 is a soil bacteria and only in animal products because they are given supplements. Before factory farming the animals would get it from being outdoors same like people can get it if they live a more natural way. There are many meat eaters with low levels of b12 so it is not really a vegan problem and Kristina did blood tests and found she had b12 from her organic foods or somewhere. Now days she does supplement. There isn't any harm in it really. Kristina was sick as a child and going raw has made her much healthier.

Fruit trees make up a very small proportion of agricultural land. I think it is 3.1% globally and that includes vines and nuts. Even so there is plenty of fruit produced. It is abundance so there is a lot of lies about how grains produce high yields. Reality is they produce very little compared with fruits so there is huge economic issues behind fighting against raw foods rather than these people being honest about their true objections. It is a threat to whole industries like for example the pharmaceutical industry.

Like when I read about gaga cancelling her tour and how there is "professionals" looking after her  it seriously doesn't fill me with confidence. That girl needs to do her own research. It doesn't matter how much money she pays them it pales in comparison with the amount of money made by the food and sick care industries. Someone in the public eye the last thing they are going to want is for her to try eating raw. Fruits have a symbiotic relationship with people there is no death involved i.e it contradicts some circle of life bs theory.

This is the place I had it. It was fruit and nut based crust I think they said but the one I had was round and tall. This place is good value for money I find.. It was only like $4 or $5 but really tasty and good quality. Sure you could have a bigger cooked pizza in Budapest for that money but it is made out of just crappy flour and some nasty cheese. The raw pizza has so much flavour you should give it a go and a good raw restaurant is a great way to try this sort of thing. In Uk they have vegan pizza in pizzahut but I think is a rip off like 15 pounds or something and it is better to have a good raw pizza with healthy toppings. If you  go in BP this place is good to try raw food and is cheap compared with restaurant in America. They have like daily raw lunch dishes for like $5 and it is nice makes you feel good.

I can't be vegan because it's just so cruel to the plants. I do occasionally eat salad and potatoes, but I feel bad about it every time :(
