People undergo sensitivity training all of the time, however, you don't jot down 5 bullet point questions on a note paper for your actual conversation. Additionally, the point of sensitivity training is to learn how to be sympathetic to others in a natural way so it isn't forced or comes off as fake (i.e. you don't need notes). I can't even fathom needing notes to show compassion towards another human being who experienced what these victims did. I'm just so proud of these teens for standing up when so many others have remained silent.
