To me, everything has to be rebuilt, really. She needs HITS, she needs songs that GP LOVES. It has been the only and real issue career wise since Born This Way ... Now she's a rich Hollywood star and there's nothing wrong with it. Sometimes I miss the old Gaga but this new gaga is amazing, she cares more about herself. Gaga pushed herself to the limit in which, having a Joanne era was the best thing she could ever do. She needed to reset her career in order to go crazy and creative again. She gained A LOT of respect and a lot of new fans. She showed her self to the public. Also..she will always be the artist that will have haters no matter what, bcuz she is still the best out there. Since ARTPOP ended, she went into a phase where she improved her voice and her emotions. She was able to dive into different genres of music and to explore her acting side more. Yes she went into a depresion and some other problems we will never find out about ever, but with her family's help, she managed to get over it and to build her up again. Also the buzz was too loud for her, so having this time for herself its a good way of healing ur wounds. Believe me...next album will be amazing. Well...at least for me ! The BTWB was massively successful and the production of the album , videos and shows were spectacular and no where near generic. The album it self sold over 9M copies. Blame it on ARTFLOP not BTW. Anyway with Joanne she's getting some of her spark back by the end of the era with the fabulous Gaga teas like the Versace, Countess , Braids inspired Pics. I haven't been a member here for very long and you can be mad at me as much as you want, but I have the feeling that 90% of what I have read here are complaints and senseless analysis of her losing her spark, losing her fame, losing her creativity.... Fans of music seem to always want 'the old' rather than anything new. It has happened with dozens of acts who've continuously changed their image and sound throughout the years. In all honesty Gaga has done so much in the past year. Amazing things too. Thankfully I don't worry about these things with Gaga. Her career has always been highlighted by her voice, piano skills, willingness to speak out, and being the zig when everyone zags. The JWT interludes alone are some of the most beautiful pieces that Gaga's team has ever done IMO. We've been seeing a different side of Gaga's creative side lately, but in no way have I made that out to be bad. As someone said in the thread earlier, she is so worried about being a "regular" person, getting married, having kids, having horses, etc, that I don't feel that that creative gaga has space in her life anymore. Do you guys think her Vegas residency concert will be something like TFMB BTWB or artRAVE? I doubt it. It is going to be a regular concert. Do you guys think Christian Carino would "approve" crazyga like she used to be? Never. And it seems she would care a lot about it.
