It is known that the song is about critics but what if she talks about her disease in the song too

She is singing to the disease and you can undestand it better in the solo version

"My bones hurts from all the shows

 But I don't feel the pain cuz I'm a pro

And also we can say that the chorus talks about it too

"You can't have my heart and you won't use my mind

You can't stop my voice 'cuz you don't own my life

But do what u want with my body"

In here she is singing about how the fibromyalgia affects her body but not her voice

We can see that she does her tour dates even when she is in a lot of pain (example:she finishing the last BTWB date in Montreal)

It's definitely tied to it metaphorically. Her separating her passions and her intelligence from her body-- both sexually and through the real physical pain. It definitely was inspired at certain parts by her hardships with her body while constantly performing, and thus her hip/fibro.

And the seizures  began to torment her only in 2015, when she had the first posts in Instagram about it. If she had fibro from 2013, she did not perform all the artRave show.

No. It was confirmed a million times by her the song is about how media treats her. It was part of the promo. Let's not say take her old songs and make it about today. It's not that deep. If it was about her fibromyalgia, she would have talked about it. Remember that her chronic pain didn't affect her immensely until today. She did the artRave just fine.
