At 13 per cent of the population of Israel and expectations of growth to 25 per cent of the population, they are a growing voice in the government in Israel and in the religious community in Israel. As a Muslim, seeing someone try to justify this kind of practice in the 21st century is disgusting. A backwards, almost feudal era practice the deserves to die out. I know Islam is a new religion in comparison to Christianity so it will happen much later but things need to progress and right now it feels like it is regressing (at least in some parts of the world). Then again we got crazy Christians in the bible belt of the US killing LGBTQ and black ppl yearly so it seems there still needs to be work done in every major religion...ugh it's so complicated. No one said otherwise? Lol Uganda (Christian majority) is one of the worst countries to be gay. Though, only Christian-majority countries have gay marriage. Through all of the years we've interacted on this forum, I've found that you tend to post threads concerning religious crimes more frequently than others.
