The pop music will never be lower than the eyebrows, so like above them in the forehead, so forehead it's like leading, cause it's big and like the head of the face.

Come on and wrap that blade of grass around my hairy ass

Low brow will never be Pop music

but seriously I feel like before Gaga. Pop music was low brow, meaning it was looked down on as pretentious and stupid. When Gaga states that pop music will never be low brow she means after her, it will no longer  be, she will change it forever and indeed she did.

Low Brow:

not highly intellectual or cultured.

"lowbrow tabloids"

synonyms:mass-market, tabloid, popular, intellectually undemanding, lightweight, accessible, unpretentious; More

She wanted her music to have a meaning behind it, at the time there was lots of pop music that was meaning less and judged as childish

She meant that with her, pop music will never be trivial, stupid, vapid, or meaningless. :firega:

Pop music is usually considered ‘low-culture’, something that is formulated and trashy but consumable. It’s quite often looked down on my musicians and listeners as having no artistic merit and just existing to make money.

What Gaga is saying here is that she believes pop music does have a certain art to it, and people shouldn’t be embarrassed for listening to pop as opposed to indie for example. It’s her way of saying pop is just as artful as every other genre.
