I have friends that use it jokingly and don’t realize the implications. She used it each time as like “friend” not in the hateful way. I don’t think we have to burn her at the stake for this; she’s young and is probably learning and growing as we speak. If people held me to the idiotic things I said when I was 18, people would hate me too. But no, people realize that you’re stupid when you’re young and you grow up!
