But I was that way with Gaga, I only used to listen to her and a few random songs. But now I have a wide library and have fallen in love with other people's perspective.

But yes, Melodrama is an A+ album.

I used to really hate Azealia, but I’ve kinda learned to feel sorry for her instead. Could you imagine being an artists but only being able to make headlines over other artists, your ugly drama and your weird witchy chicken slaughter house, instead of your actual music? Her sh*tty ass personality really killed her career, and it really makes me happy that we aren’t letting nasty people like her get the limelight.

Anyway, Melodrama > Azealia’s whole existence.

What bothers me with this is that Lorde doesn’t try to make us think anything about her. She’s not some deceptive mean girl. She’s just doing her work and trying her best. I like Azealia and her music, but it’s so infuriating that she says how much she hates drama but does things like this that court it from those who aren’t asking for it. If an artist or anyone isn’t doing you harm, why can’t you just ignore them if you don’t like their stuff. Why is it necessary to be such a toxic blight to those around you? It’s not funny, it’s not cool, it’s just mean-spirited.

People see Azealia as problematic but she's sometimes right in what she says. Also, a lot of the time she is simply responding to people asking her opinion.

Lorde is fab and Melodrama has a few really good songs but its nowhere near album of the year worthy.
