DiscoHeaven23 35,007
As we've seen on GGD already, P!nk posted a hand written note after Neil's comments. Other singer have taken to social media as well

LaLuna 12,732
It's sad and unfuriating to see that sexism still exists in 2018. And to think that this mysoginistic bastard is running the Grammys
swordstalker 1,829
This is getting good. I just need someone to call out an undeserving male winner by name (for example, White Bread Sheeran), ask the GRAMMY committee how he deserved a GRAMMY more than [insert deserving female artist], and all hell will break loose. That would be entertainment at its finest
Jacob Marley 538
He’ll step down in the next two or three weeks - he didn’t expect this to blow up the way it has. He’s on his way out, if he isn’t being pushed out.

StrawberryBlond 14,821
Yes, this is what I'm talking about. Change has to come if they want to save their reputation. Women are finally standing up and saying "we know your game, we've had enough." They've only gotten away with it because they thought we didn't notice. But will a boycott actually happen? I don't know if the egos are too big for the biggest stars to do that. And defiant claims of boycotting might be counterproductive because it'll ensure you never get a nomination in the future due to an ungrateful attitude. I mean, a bet the academy's already feeling guilty for giving Ed 2 awards considering he didn't even attend. That was the insulting bit, he's not old, he's not ill, he's not frail, he didn't have a family emergency. He just didn't want to go, likely because he was bitter that he wasn't nominated in major categories. And he had the gall to say in an interview that he didn't mind not getting many noms because "it's not as if I'll never be nominated again." Problem was, this was all done before the awards were decided. I bet the academy's seriously kicking themselves now for awarding such an ungrateful egoist who only cares about their ceremony when he's nominated for a shedload of awards. So, yeah, boycotting might have a negative effect. But perhaps, similar to the TimesUp movement at the GG's recently, maybe all the women could come dressed in white as protest because that'll draw headlines and make a clear statement? But is that the right move? i just don't know. like i literally don't know ha
