I feel like the second half repeating the same scene was emphasizing the flowers in the jar. Agreed. Black and white closeups of greasy, industrial manufacturing, low, rumbling, strobing growls on the soundtrack...and Gaga's half naked men/BDSM stylings topped off with baroque French narration: "black, like the soul of fame," LMAO.
