When i looking at some pics of gaga with no makeup but filler , she still looks normal and good. The problem of those faces is actually just the makeup , not really the epione.

Ever since AHS, her face has changed dramatically. The fillers are excessive, and she barely resembles her old self. It makes me sad looking back at the ARTPOP and Born This Way days and seeing how beautiful she was. The shape of her face and nose was beautiful, while now it looks completely different.

It's a cosmetic surgery clinic is Los Angeles.

As far as we know, Gaga's work is all topical. As in, non-surgical, and usually temporary. You can tell when they fade out, and she looks like her traditional face.

Both are beautiful, either way. In the video, it looks like the work is slightly fading out. The last few years, her facial structure, particularly her cheeks and under her eyes, have kind of thinned out (you can tell in 5F2). Some of the face work compensates for that, giving her a look that is different than she looked before.

It's a combination of her face changing with age, and occasional, topical work.
