Well, not everything of that gibberish makes total sense. It would begin with "Ich bin mir absolut klar, ich trag' den Namen Monster" ("I'm absolutely clear I have the name 'Monster') or "Ich bin mir absolut klar, ich bin Mother Monster" ("I'm absolutely clear I am Mother Monster").
