Yeah I think the fans know it so well it just doesn't seem plausible to them because they are used to it.

It's a new version. It even sounds like she is singing it differently. It sounds like a soundtrack song. And every youtuber that is not a Gaga fan that reacted to the album said Joanne impacted them the most.

I think this fanbase sometimes underestimates Gaga. 

This isn't technically her just putting it out as a single from an old album. This is a brand new version of it. So monsters are going to buy it. Plus its going to get exposure at The Grammys. The Cure only had Coachella and no video and it went #39. Coachella is not nearly as much as exposure as the Grammys. Plus this is Gaga's first single in almost a year technically. And there is going to be a youtube video that every freaking youtube reactor is going to jump on next week. None of the youtube reactors reacted to the lyric video. lmfao.

I really could see it breaking into Top 20. It's not just a "single from an old album". If she was just using the album's version of Joanne I would still think it could slip into the Hot 100. But its an entirely new purchaseable version of the song. Thats 50-80k sales right there. The Grammy exposure could easily notch it up to 100k sales, the streaming could add another 15k in streaming units, and  the YT video could add another 70k in streaming units (if the video gets just 1M views a day its first week, which it will...maybe even more so 7M/150=47k). 

so....with everything looking in place (even by conservative measures), it could randomly go viral depending on what she does....but still:

50k fan purchases + 30k Grammy watchers who love the song + 15k Streaming + 45k YT streams= 140k.

Guys....thats an easyyyyy Top 20 hit right there.
