Good point tho, I would find it more believable that Dope was actually the original song and she changed it to IWBWY to make it more.. relatable? idk

IWBWY lyrics are cringey and too specific.

Gaga herself said that for ARTPOP she didn’t want to write too specifical lyrics.

IWBWY to me just sounds like that song that every artist has to thank their fans. Dope is way darker and more meaningful IMO gives us more of a sense of what she went through.

I LOVE I Wanna Be With You. 20x better than Dope. The Born This Way Ball was Gaga at the peak of her career creatively. Being able to reminisce on that brief period through a song meant so much and I still get emotional hearing I Wanna Be With You and it's specific references to the BTW Ball. I thought it was beautiful when she finished the ArtRave in Paris by paying homage to the song that should've been.

Not only did it have the best single cover, but it was the perfect foil for MJH. It being on Artpop was brilliant in and of itself, but beyond that, it helped me through a lot of my own issues at the time, so it was always a lot more special to me than it's demo form.
