I mean, it’s not like she totally controls her tour dates. The likelihood is that she herself only wanted to tour a certainty number of days given her condition and then from there Live Nation tried maximizing the amount they could get from those dates. I haven’t looked deeply into this but I have a feeling something like that happened.

Could also be things like expensive stage shipment like with the BTWB since that is a very specific stage. I’m sure it’s less about desire and more about logistics and if it’s the stage only wanting to have to ship it overseas once and make a lot back from it (Europe) rather than do it for only a few dates in LA and Australia.

Gaga has only come to Asia except Japan once with BTW ball ,while Katy has had at least 2-3 . Therefore, it is true that Katy is more relevant in Taiwan, China and Hong Kong.
