Part of me thinks it is a little young to be smoking weed, but at the same time although he's really young, he's in high school. Adolescents in high school make mistakes, do stupid things, trying to find themselves and fit in . He didn't even smoke it correctly. I have a hard time believing he's some raging pot head. I think the overreactions of some people on this is a little excessive, as if they never did anything stupid in high school ever. I think it's important to educate kids on drug use and not just, "DRUGS ARE BAD!1!1! DON'T DO THEM OR YOU'LL END UP BEING HOMELESS AND ON HEROIN!!" I also think maybe he should take a step back, and look at who is friends are (if they were the ones filming him or leaked it). It's a hard lesson to learn, but he is in the public eye and there are many people willing to take advantage of him for their own personal gain. I don't think it's ever too early to learn that.
