Research has shown that weed may slow down cognitive development in teens/adolescents. If you want to smoke weed recreationaly or regularly, at least wait till you finish puberty. 2) He could've used his platform to spread awareness about peer pressure, drugs among teens etc. 3) If it was a one time thing, okay, he learned his lesson.
