I'm not even from Brazil (I'm from Chile) and if she doesn't come to Brazil I'm gonna be incredibly disappointed, like either come or be transparent about the damn situation. Instead of just throwing in the "Try my best to make it up to you"

It all has to start with local promoters being willing to pay the price to host the event.   If a price can't be negotiated that is agreeable to both Live Nation and the promoters it won't happen.   And in order to justify the logistics and cost of sending staging to a venue, there has to be a number of shows in a geographic area so the cost of shipping can be spread out.  Live nation might take the promoter role themselves also, but it still has to be financially viable for them.

The first part -- that she's not going on this tour -- is attributed to "a video with a fan", but there's no link to that video. (Do you have it?) The second part -- that she's never going -- is attributed to "a private conversation", which is totally unconfirmable. So, I don't know how you get from there, to "clearly said it".

This would also include Asia so I’m calling bs. She has a huge Asian audience and always does well there and in Australia so I have high doubts she is only doing NA and Europe going forward. That seems unrealistic.

I don't think Bobby would tell some fans that they are never going back to latin america, that would be bad for Gaga image. :triggered:
And the chances of her going to Rock in Rio 2019 are huge, they want her on the line up, they said it, i don't think Gaga's team would waste a opportunity like this.
