Marina Spills MAJOR Tea About Hollywood Actors

This is good and i've thought about this many times during the #MeToo movement

Woody Allen, a Hollywood director, has been accused of sexual assault many times in the past AND married his adoptive daughter. But it seems like everyone lets that go INCLUDING Hollywood actors.

He recently directed a film by Amazon Studios and it stars Kate Winslet and Justin Timberlake.

Both stars have known about the accusations, that honestly should be the most believable since he's been accused so many times for so any years.

Marina took to Twitter in response to Woody's daughter speaking out about how the MeToo movement is selective in Hollywood.

She makes SUCH a valid point.

Why do Kate and Justin think it's okay to work with Woody?

What message does that send to women? Career over morals?

Furthermore, Justin didn't need to do this movie for his career. He's mainly a singer and doesn't need to work in a Woody Allen movie to stay relevant. So why do it? Personally, i think this says something about his lack of morals.

I mean--not that she shouldnt keep raising this issue--but people come for woody all the time.

I can see why--and agree with--criticism that comes against people that work with him--but the real issue shouldn't be about that. It should be criticism against those that keep funding/green-lighting his movies. Thats the only way he'll stop getting work.

I remember gaga on Ellen back in 2011 or 2012: (I remember gaga and Ellen having a convo which went something like this)

Ellen: "So what genre {kind} would you like to play in?"

Gaga: "Hmm.. I think It would be my dream to work one day In a woody Allen movie"

:what:

Marina has been a woke queen for years. And she's right. There were so many accusations towards Woody Allen, Roman Polanski etc. but people seem to have swept it under the rug. It's like they deliberately ignore it

Woody Allen is influential person, and his films almost always rewarded on prestigious awards, and people give him the leeway because of that. At least this is what happens before #METOO

Maybe all those women who, thanks to him, gained praise, notoriety and fancy awards have other priorities in life. I mean, the ladies literally live for the applause.mp3 :golfclap:

The way Selena Gomez talked about it too rubs me in SUCH a wrong way like... You say you are aware of the severity and probability of the accusations yet you still accept the role and become his BFF on set because of "professionalism"? When you have literally produced a successful TV show about somebody comitting suicide due to PTSD from getting raped (among other factors)???

Like....

Whispering

Probably for the same reasons that Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Blake Lively, Emma Stone, Ellen Page, Kathy Bates, Rachel McAdams, Scarlett Johansson, Colin Farrell, Hugh Jackman, Charlize Theron, Leonardo DiCaprio, Winona Ryder, Julia-Louis Dreyfus, Tobey Maguire, Stanley Tucci, Demi Moore, Robin Williams, Julia Roberts, Goldie Hawn, Drew Barrymore, Edward Norton, Natalie Portman, Kirsten Dunst and Meryl Streep worked with him.

I guess they all have a lack of morals like Justin and Kate.
