I'm not even a fan of Melanie or whoever that is but this Timothy girl sounds like a sour attention-hoarder.

I don't buy the whole rape accusation and idc if this sounds insensitive but she could've stormed out of the room the second it happened but guess what, she didn't and continued being her 'best friend'. This is totally a blackmail and is undermining the severity of rape...

there is no evidence whatsoever on either side. Both are just saying what they're saying with melanie admitting to having had sexual activities with timothy which she (according to herself not according to me so dont call me an apologist) found nothing wrong with. I'm  sure further proof will reveal itself but sadly she does have something to gain, especially if she wants some sort of revenge

I'm not even a fan of Melanie but I can tell you guys that there are people out there who would come up with the most twisted stories just to get attention and get something out of it. I'm not saying she didn't get raped or that she did, but it's the internet and people have a lot of power now because of that.

I know a girl in real life who told her closest friends that her ex bf abused her just because she was bitter that he got engaged and it turned out to be false, the girl was so messed up and her friends got so mad at her for lying because it is a serious issue. I'm not saying this is the case but these things happen and people need to analyze things before they jump to conclusions or burn someone alive. It's hard and it's a horrible thing to talk about.

We don’t know what’s happening behind the cameras BUT you can’t trust someone on their word. especially when it’s someone whose friendship with Melanie ended recently.

Melanie has always been an easy target. Many people already accused her for having a “baby fetish” or “glamorizing mental health issues” so people wouldn’t really be surprised if she got exposed for being a rapist, right?

So Timothy said she said no repeatedly but Melanie said Timothy never said no to the things they CHOSE to do TOGETHER. Which means Timothy is already lying on the spot.

There’s always 3 sides of a story. Both sides and the actual truth. We’ve only heard Timothy’s side of the story so far and everyone is already jumping to conclusions.

All I’m trying to say is that WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT REALLY HAPPENED. Y’all were really fast with jumping to conclusions. 

Yes, we don’t know what happened, but I’m sure as F*CK that the guy YOU made a thread about doesn’t know what happened either, which makes it irresponsible. 

And im sorry... but you really think a person would accuse their best friend of something like this... for followers?

This Guy is one of the only sources we have besides Melanie and Timothy. Yes. I think a person would do something like that, because the Internet will ALWAYS side with the Victim. It happens in the Industry (when a Bodyguard accused Mariah of sexual abuse) and in school etc. Jealousy makes people do crazy things. Melanie didn't deny the sexual actions and her statement is very vague - so I am not sided with anyone. I am just following the Story until Justice has been given. You don't know more about the victim than anybody else. Why are you so focused on the Idea that she's telling the truth and that everything she says is right - but what other sources say isn't. If she's really lying, she's making rape victims look bad.
