The song didn't have any hypes, any promos, no playlist exposure except for TTH (#17) and literally wasn't officially announced as a 3rd single.

Ikr. The song is yet another snoozefest by Taylor Swift, tho. This time she has Sheeran on board who’s undeniable power could not (as of yet, cause it’s not a single) make the song do better. On the other hand Sheeran has a song with 1.5 B streams on Spotify so one could expect End Game to do a bit better. It’s Swift and Sheeran after all. 

Is it a suprise tho? All of her recent singles are doing kinda meh (in Taylor Swift world that is). I don’t mind it tho. With all due respect to her fans, her music is just a big fat no.
