or maybe she could say something about time's up and how the world is changing, that Joanne would love to see this

Gaga shared the story in Five Foot Two and it was very moving and clearly very important to her if she wanted the millions who would watch the documentary to see it. I don't see what's so different about her saying that in a documentary that anyone can see and her saying it at the Grammys where everyone can see.
