Concrete info from a reputable source i.e. a tweet from Gaga, a tweet from DJWS specifically referencing a new release upcoming. Secondly, I think that he was probably referencing the fact that it is such an iconic track. Maybe he's saying that this will be Gaga's most iconic track yet.
