But the add itself is wonderful! Like it a lot.

The audio that we hear isn't the one she's playing, or at least not for the white Gaga (she doesn't play 'the thirds'). But we can see (of both white Gaga and black Gaga) that she knows how to play the piece.

Also, Gaga isn't an AMAZING pianist, but she's definitely way more than just an OK pianist

Yes her right hand is briefly on the right round about area where it is supposed to be, but no, she is clearly not playing herself.

And the positions of her hands tell that she really REALLY is not playing it. And in general her techical abilities as an instrumentalist are far far away from an actual professional pianist.

We've had this convo on this forum many times before and again I try to politely say, she is NOT a classical pianist nor even remotely close to that.

But all this is besides the point, the add is really really great!

as far as i know he hasnt even directed for many pop starts.... gaga's fame commercial and alejandro video, brooke's opulence and madonna's secret project revolution.... anything else??

My guess is that, for the filming, she actually played it to the best of her abilities, but switched into cleaner audio in post-production (which is probably a given).
